ECNU Xiping Bilingual School is a 15-year K12 school invested by Xiamen Hengxing Group and founded in cooperation with East China Normal University, born of the common belief, understanding and sense of mission shared by the two to cultivate talents with a sense of patriotism and international vision.
Our school is located in the center of Xiamen Island (southwest of the intersection of Lvling Road and Mid. Yunding Road), adjacent to Zhonglun Park. The quiet and beautiful environment provides convenient conditions for teachers and students to study and live. Xiamen Hengxing Group invested about ￥2.2 billion and invited a famous designer team to design and build a high-standard school with a total floor area of about 200,000 square meters on a site of 98,000 square meters, striving to create a green, smart, artistic. high-tech, lively and scholarly school with an open, shared and diversified school space and environment for learning and living.
Relying on East China Normal University’s advanced educational ideas, abundant teaching resources, advantage and influence in teacher training, coupled with a first-class faculty, our school provides students with a diversified platform for growth, enables students with various potentialities to stand out, and helps every student achieve a wonderful life. In terms of curriculum and training system development, we stick to the concepts of “autonomous development, all-round development, specialty development and remarkable development” in student training and implement the “NC+BIC+X+E” training model (i.e. National Curriculum+ Bilingual Integrated Curriculum + STEM/Art & Sport + Extracurricular Activities) to develop students’ scientific spirit, healthy life, humanistic quality, national identity, language expression, practical innovation, social responsibility, information literacy, aesthetic taste, self-awareness and other core qualities.
