English Teacher

I. Position

• English Foreign Teacher (Middle School English Club Instructor)

II. Job Responsibilities

• Design and teach curriculum for the middle school English club to enhance students’ interest in English learning, as well as their oral communication, listening skills, and cross-cultural awareness.
• Organize engaging and interactive club activities (e.g., drama, debates, themed workshops) tailored to students’ characteristics.
• Assist the Moral Education Department in planning English-themed campus cultural events.
• Regularly provide feedback on teaching outcomes and participate in club teaching seminars.

III. Qualifications

Essential Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Valid English teaching qualification certificate.
• Internationally recognized English teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL/TESOL/CELTA).
• Proficient in English with clear pronunciation and communication skills.
• Passionate about education, responsible, and capable of effective classroom management.

Preferred Qualifications：

• Prior teaching experience in overseas K-12 schools or with teenagers is preferred.
• Familiarity with the characteristics of middle school students and adaptability to cross-cultural work environments.
• Skills in arts, drama, public speaking, or related fields will be advantageous.
• Native English speakers will be given priority.

IV. Working Schedule & Location

• Schedule：Club sessions daily (specific timing arranged by the school, 45 minutes per session).
• Location：No. 2 Jinwei Road, Economic Development Zone, Jizhou District, Tianjin.
• Contract Term：1 academic year (renewable upon expiration).
