【Job Responsibilities】

Be responsible for teaching adult workplace and business English courses, covering listening, speaking, reading and writing. Implement personalized teaching plans according to students of different ages and levels, including curriculum planning, lesson preparation, teaching and after-class tutoring, to ensure teaching quality and learning effect.
Adopt diversified teaching methods such as situational teaching, group discussion and case analysis to stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve their comprehensive language application ability.
Conduct full English teaching to create a pure language environment.
Regularly assess students’ academic performance, including testing, homework correction and learning report writing, timely feedback on learning progress and problems, and provide targeted learning suggestions for students.
Be responsible for initiating and organizing activities related to the courses taught. Assist in the research, development and improvement of relevant courses.
Cooperate and assist the work of other departments.

【Work Location】

Guanyinshan Center, Siming District
Aroha Center, Haicang District
Wanxiang Center, Siming District
(There are three campuses where you need to teach. There is a class hour subsidy for cross-campus teaching on the same day.)

【Working Hours】

【Requirements】

Native English speaker with excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, standard and authentic pronunciation, fluent and natural language expression, and no obvious accent.
Bachelor’s degree or above, major is not limited; those with majors related to education, English, linguistics, business, etc. are preferred.
Hold internationally recognized English teaching qualification certificates such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, etc.
Have experience in English teaching; those with work experience in the business field or business English teaching experience are preferred.
