Kindergarten English Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement English teaching plans that align with students’ age and cognitive levels.
• Adopt interactive teaching methods to stimulate students’ interest in learning English.
• Regularly assess students’ learning progress and provide feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Maintain good communication with parents and report on students’ learning status.
• Participate in teaching seminars to continuously improve teaching quality and methods.

Job Requirements:

• Possess fluent English communication skills and be able to use lively and engaging teaching methods.
• Have good classroom management and organizational abilities to effectively manage students.
• Be able to teach students in accordance with their individual differences (i.e., adopt student-centered teaching approaches based on individual needs).
• Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork and self-motivation.
• Hold relevant TESOL/TEFL teaching qualifications; candidates with related teaching experience are preferred.
