IELTS / ESL Teacher

Job Location: Chengdu
Salary Range: 15K-20K/month
Teaching Scope: IELTS/ESL

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience required.
• Must provide a work experience recommendation letter covering at least 2 years of teaching the same courses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for teaching IELTS (Listening/Reading/Writing/Speaking) or ESL courses, and formulating personalized teaching plans based on students’ proficiency levels.
• Design and implement effective classroom activities, focusing on improving students’ English application abilities and exam-taking skills.
• Regularly assess students’ learning progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching plans accordingly.
• Participate in teaching research activities to optimize course content and teaching methods.
• Assist in completing teaching-related tasks (such as course promotion, student Q&A, etc.).

Other Requirements:

• Native-level English proficiency
• least 2 years of teaching experience in IELTS or ESL, familiar with IELTS exam scoring criteria and question types.
• Passionate about the teaching profession, with pioneering thinking, and good at improving the teaching process through teaching reflection to help students enhance their abilities in various aspects.
