International Kindergarten Principal

Salary: 30k-35k/month

Core Responsibilities

1. Full-time Class Leadership and Teaching Demonstration

• Take charge of foreign teacher-led courses for a class and develop personalized learning plans.
• Demonstrate high-quality teacher-child interaction, game-based teaching, and classroom management skills through daily practice.

2. Foreign Teacher Team Management

• Responsible for training and performance evaluation of foreign teachers, and establishing teacher development files.
• Organize weekly teaching seminars to resolve cross-cultural teaching conflicts and enhance team cohesion.

3. Enrollment Support and Brand Building

• Participate in curriculum demonstrations (in English) during open days, principal meetings, and education exhibitions, and explain teaching features to parents.
• Assist the marketing team in creating visual materials for teaching outcomes (e.g., classroom videos, children’s growth stories).

4. Teaching Quality Supervision

• Conduct monthly teaching inspections (lesson plans, classroom environment setup, safety regulations) to ensure compliant operations.

Job Requirements

1. Required Qualifications:

• 1 ） Master’s degree or above; priority given to those with a major in Early Childhood Education or Educational Management.
• 2）5 years of full-position class leadership experience in kindergartens，and 2 years of foreign teacher management experience.
• 3）Nationality: US/UK/Australia/Canada

2. Core Competencies:

• 1 ） Ability to efficiently manage the daily routines of mixed-age classes and excel inhierarchical teaching based on diverse abilities.
• 2）Foreign team training skills (previous training plan samples must be submitted).

3. Preferred Qualifications:

• 1）Experience in enrollment consulting at international kindergartens.
• 2）Familiarity with the characteristics of communication with Chinese parents
