English Teacher (Full-time)

Gaotu or Goto Techedu Inc. is a major Chinese education technology company. It was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Beijing.

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging English lessons to students.
2. Design and implement interactive lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum.
3. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies.
4. Participate in faculty meetings, teacher training, and curriculum development.
5. Assist in organizing extracurricular activities (e.g., English corners, cultural events).
6. Maintain professional conduct and foster a positive learning environment.

Requirements

1. Nationality: Native English speaker (preferred from the US, UK, Canada).
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education, Linguistics, or related fields preferred).
3. Certification: TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent teaching license.
4. Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience (exceptions for outstanding fresh graduates).
5. Passionate about teaching with patience and adaptability.
6. Strong cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills.
7. Clean criminal record and good health.

Salary & Benefits

1. Salary: 20000-30000 RMB/month (pre-tax).
2. Social security and benefits as required by the Chinese government.
