ESL Teacher

Location: Beijing
Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 RMB/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach English courses to students of different age groups (primary/junior high school);
• Design and carry out interactive English teaching, focusing on the cultivation of comprehensive abilities in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• Create a relaxed and interesting English immersive learning environment;
• Participate in teaching material research and development as well as teacher training activities;
• Be responsible for pre-class preparation and after-class homework correction.

Job Requirements:

• Nationality requirement: Native English speakers are preferred (such as those from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.), or excellent non-native teachers with standard pronunciation;
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above (majors in English or education are preferred);
• Hold international English teaching qualification certificates such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA;
• Teaching experience: Those with more than 1 year of children’s English teaching experience are preferred, and have good classroom management ability;
• Visa requirement: Meet the conditions for legal work visa in [China] (excellent candidates can be provided with work visa);
• Personal traits: Passionate, patient, with cross-cultural awareness, and love the education industry.
