Responsibilities

• Teaching: Submitting semester plans, setting teaching targets and delivering engaging academic lessons for high school students, utilizing interactive activities and digital tools.
• Communicating: Participating in department meetings and staff meetings,

conducting effective communication with colleagues, maintaining sound relationship with

parents, and providing feedback on students’ academic performance;

• Supporting: Participating in school management, publicizing, supervision, among

others.

• Implement immersive and project-based teaching approaches.
• Organize extracurricular activities (e.g., International Day, English Corner) to foster cross-cultural awareness.
• Work with local teachers to develop curriculum and assess student progress.
• Adhere to school policies, and educational guidelines.
• Support prep, recruiting or marketing events.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in the subject you will teach (Physics /Chemistry / Math /Economics /English)

• Degree must be in the exact or closely related scientific field (e.g., Engineering degrees may qualify for Physics teaching)；
• At least 2 years of IGCSE/A-level or other international curriculum teaching experience;
• Strong intercultural communication and teamwork skills;
• Teaching license/PGCE/QTS will be preferable;
• Have passion in teaching and enthusiasm for learning;
• Clean criminal record;
• Respecting Chinese values and culture
• Native English speaker or IELTS 7.0+/TOEFL 100+ (if non-native)

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: 18,000 – 30,000 CNY/month (approximately US $2500 -4200/month , commensurate with experience and qualifications)
