主要职责:

课程教学:
根据教学大纲和学生的实际需求,准备并教授高质量的日语课程(包括口语、听力、阅读、写作)。
参与课程设计和教学材料的开发、选择与优化,确保其符合教学目标和学生兴趣。
为学生准备补充学习资料和课后练习。
定期对学生进行学习评估(如测验、考试、口语测试),并提供建设性的反馈。
跟踪学生的学习进度,为有需要的学生提供额外的辅导和支持。
激发学生的学习兴趣,帮助他们建立学习自信。
文化与活动:
组织和参与校内的日本文化相关活动(如茶道、书法、节日庆祝等),提升学生的文化感知力。
作为日本文化的桥梁,积极与学生分享日本的社会、习俗和当代文化。
团队协作:
积极参与教研会议,与中教及其他外教团队紧密合作,分享教学经验,共同提升教学质量。
按时完成教学报告和其他相关的行政工作。

任职要求

必备条件:
日语为母语水平,发音标准。
拥有本科学位或以上学历。
持有公认的日语教学资格证书(如JLPT N1认证、日本语教育能力检定合格证、CELTA、TESOL/TEFL证书等)。
至少具备日语教学经验(面向非母语者)。
优秀的沟通能力和跨文化理解能力。
充满热情,有耐心,有亲和力,热爱教育事业。
优先考虑条件:
有在中国的教学经验。
熟悉JLPT,EJU日语考试内容并有相关辅导经验。
能教授日本大学面试或者写作课程。
具备良好的多媒体和网络教学技能。
能够熟练使用英语或中文进行基本工作沟通者优先。

 

Japanese Foreign Language Teacher

Salary:pre-tax 15000-20000yuan/month,Work place:Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

Course Teaching:

Prepare and deliver high-quality Japanese courses (including speaking, listening, reading, and writing) based on the syllabus and students’ actual needs.
Participate in the design and development of teaching materials, including their selection and optimization, to ensure they align with teaching objectives and student interests.
Prepare supplementary learning materials and after-class exercises for students.
Conduct regular learning assessments (such as quizzes, exams, and oral tests) for students and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor students’ learning progress and provide additional tutoring and support for those in need.
Stimulate students’ interest in learning and help them build confidence in their studies.
Culture and Activities:
Organize and participate in on-campus activities related to Japanese culture (such as tea ceremonies, calligraphy, and holiday celebrations) to enhance students’ cultural awareness.
As a bridge to Japanese culture, actively share Japanese society, customs, and contemporary culture with students.

Team collaboration:
Actively participate in teaching and research meetings, collaborate closely with Chinese instructors and other foreign faculty teams, share teaching experiences, and jointly enhance teaching quality.
Complete teaching reports and other related administrative tasks on time.

Job Requirements

Prerequisite:
Native-level Japanese proficiency with standard pronunciation.
Hold a bachelor’s degree or a higher degree.
Hold a recognized Japanese language teaching qualification (such as JLPT N1 certification, Japanese Language Education Proficiency Certificate, CELTA, TESOL/TEFL certificate, etc.).
At least experience in teaching Japanese (for non-native speakers).
Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural understanding.
Passionate, patient, approachable, and dedicated to the education profession.

Priority conditions:
Has teaching experience in China.
Familiar with the JLPT and EJU Japanese language exam content and has relevant tutoring experience.
Capable of teaching Japanese university interviews or writing courses.
Possess excellent multimedia and online teaching skills.
Proficiency in English or Chinese for basic work communication is preferred.
