Job Description:	The incumbent is to coordinate the planning and implementation of all sports programmes and other co-curricular activities in the Secondary Section. Responsibilities: – To manage, review, and develop the sports programmes and other co-curricular activities – To liaise with students, parents, the school community, and the other stakeholders – To perform other duties assigned by School Leadership Team – To plan, schedule, and oversee sports functions, inter-school competitions, and other co-curricular activities – To organize, coordinate and manage manpower and resources for the school sports teams, sports functions, inter-school competitions, and other co-curricular activities – To manage the school sports teams and ensure the teams demonstrate good sportsmanship when representing the school in competitions – To develop and implement risk assessments and appropriate protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participating students
Job Requirements:	Requirements: – Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above in sports management, health, physical education, or other related fields – Minimum 5 years of athletic, coaching, and teaching experience – Passionate about sports and education – Energetic and detail-oriented with good leadership, analytical, administrative, and multitasking skills – Strong interpersonal and communication skills – Willing to work beyond normal school hours – Understanding of the development of young athletes as well as sports in Hong Kong, HKSSF, and ISSFHK is preferable
