Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Division: Administration

Position Summary:
This role supports the work of the Marketing & Communications Office (MARCOM) through the planned management of all digital channels, and the creation of multi-channel content that tells the Concordia brand story, to improve channel efficiency and drive lead generation. This includes the creation of video content for brand collateral; social media channels; our website; and in support of internal and external communication for events, recruitment, and key leadership messaging.
Requirements:
Education

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Digital Marketing or a related field.
Experience
[Required]
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience
- Previous experience planning and managing social media accounts, website, paid campaign and CRM
[Desired]
- Work experience in a creative agency or marketing department
- Background in marketing, photography, web editing, graphic design
Skills
[Required]
- Strong knowledge of social platforms & trends in China, ideally with prior accountability / ownership in running daily social operations (publishing, tracking, reporting, quality control, etc).
- Experience in creative and content development — being able to collaborate well with content teams and production teams on a variety of media formats (film, stills, illustrations, CGI, experiential, etc).
- Solid understanding of digital platforms and technologies — UX/UI, H5, WeChat mini-programs, plus a basic appreciation of front and back-end development.
- Good data proficiency — being able to navigate different SaaS tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Hotspot) and using relevant data to identify insights to optimize publishing and content approach.
- Experience managing campaigns from planning to execution.
- Create insightful monthly reports and on-going optimization.
- Ability to act as a brand storyteller, to edit the brand voice and tone across all channels.
- Remain current on the latest news and social media trends, ensuring competitiveness.
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to social media queries, comments, and customer service issues to create sense of community, and manage Concordia’s reputation.
- Manage an editorial content calendar for all social media channels.
- Basic knowledge using graphic design software.

- Good command of Chinese writing, fluent in English.
- Familiarity with Concordia International School Shanghai and its mission.
- Familiarity with the U.S. educational system.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Finalsite and Hubspot.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall:
- Build brand awareness and engage target audiences via digital media channels.
- Optimize user end-to-end online experience in terms of expectation and conversion
- Manage CRM system
- Track digital marketing budget between CPA, CPC, and CPM, paid search, mobile and other conventional and unconventional internet advertising/acquisition models to meet marketing targets.
- Social Channels & Website
- Manage all owned school channels, and provide monthly reports to inform optimization on content strategy and content calendar.
- Enhance channel performance through increasing on followers, impression, engagement and enquiry.
- Website, SEO/SEM & Paid Campaign
- Responsible for school website maintenance, SEO/SEM and paid campaign execution.
- Optimize website content and structure for search engine optimization (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Assist to collaborate with partner agencies to develop plan to ensure ROI goals are achieved for overall e-commerce, SEO, PPC, and paid media activities.
