About BASIS International & Bilingual Schools Chengdu BASIS International & Bilingual Schools Chengdu opened in 2022 and serves students in Grades Pre-K – 11, with courses eventually being offered through Grade 12 and a capacity of over 1,800 students. This beautiful campus is our first to house both an international and bilingual curriculum in one location. About the Position As the Director of Boarding, you will continue to grow and develop our week-day boarding program, including enhancing the existing House system, training and supervising boarding staff, communicating with parents and ensuring the boarding program is a rich aspect of campus life. The Director of Boarding is responsible for implementing and enforcing all policies, procedures, and practices of the boarding department, as well as collaborating with other school leaders to further enhance the boarding program.
