China (Shenzhen) International Personnel Training Center (CIPTC) is a State-owned company that recruits Foreign Teachers for the Education Bureau in Shenzhen, China. CIPTC has around 300 foreign employees working in public schools throughout the Shenzhen Area.

CIPTC’s main goal is to internationalize education in the public sector and create a relaxed and friendly environment thus enabling students to gain confidence in their spoken English. To ensure our goals are met, we provide monthly professional collaboration sessions that provide an in-depth focus on instructional strategies to meet the learning levels of students and the instructional diversity of our teachers. • Primary school, middle school or high school
• 12-20k salary (Depend on the budget of education bureaus of different districts in Shenzhen, normally the highest in Futian, Luohu and Yantian area is 15k, the highest in Bao’an and Nanshan is 17k, the highest in Pingshan is 18k, some special positions can reach 20k)
• less than 12 hours of teaching per week
