Job Requirements

Core Qualifications: Native English speakers (prioritizing UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.) with standard pronunciation and pure intonation. Must hold authoritative certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA.

Work Experience: 2-3 years or more of relevant foreign language teaching experience. Preference is given to those with experience in international or bilingual schools and middle schools. Experience requirements may be relaxed for those familiar with IGCSE, A-Level, AP, or IB curricula.

Teaching Ability: Ability to design tiered teaching plans based on student age and language foundation. Skilled in using situational simulations, games, and keynote speeches to develop students’ comprehensive English skills.

Intercultural Skills: Rich cross-cultural knowledge to integrate native and Chinese cultures into teaching. Ability to organize events like English speech contests, drama performances, and overseas culture sharing sessions. Basic Chinese communication ability is a plus.

Compliance: Must possess legal work qualifications for China, including a valid passport, work visa, clean criminal record, and no infectious diseases.
