ESL Teacher Salary and Benefits:

• Annual Salary: 204,000RMB-300,000RMB (based on recognized teaching experience)
• Fully paid holidays, 200 working days each year.

ESL Teacher Responsibilities:

• Provide instructions in the courses assigned according to the requirements for the Maple Leaf ESL Curricula.
• Assist with the supervision of students as required by the school, including morning reading sessions, tutorial sessions and during school activities or events.
• Manage the classroom effectively, maintain good classroom discipline, support the discipline standards and rules of the School.
• Contribute to the School’s extra-curricular program organizing at least one English club of 2 blocks per week.
• Participate in school English activities, MLES marketing and student recruitment activities.
• Participate in professional development activities.

ESL Teacher Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2 years full time teaching experience preferred
• 120 hours TESOL/TEFL/CELTA Certificate or Teaching license issued by Ministry of Education
