GCGS is a private K12 boarding school. Founded in 1994, the School currently has an enrollment of 4800, and a faculty of 700, local and international.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• This position is only for foreign teachers currently in China
• Bachelors degree or higher (Major in English/Education preferred, e.g. British Literature + teaching certificate)
• TEFL/TESOL 100+ hours certification minimum (CELTA/DELTA/PGCE/QTS preferred)
• A good grasp of the methodology of teaching ESL
• Have an understanding and ability to teach pupils of all abilities
• Previous experience in an international school preferred
• Must be able to obtain a cleared background check
• English teaching positions require citizens of UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand or South Africa for visa purposes

Compensation and benefit package:

Salary: Annual Salary from 200,000 CNY

Teacher schedule and workload:

Monday to Friday, 40 working hours per week, max of 15 teaching hours.
