Facilities Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Daily Facility hard service Operation and Maintenance work
• Complete PM and CM work order in time
• Set up Facility PM SOP and PM master plan
• Manage spare parts system to keep all necessary parts are in order
• Responsible for Facility capex project and summer work
• Lead Contractor safety management in campus
• Maintain facilities drawings and maintenance records that support proactive, preventative maintenance
and long-term facilities planning
• Able to work on flexible hours whenever is necessary
• Consider energy saving proposal and new technology like Digital updated proposal
