【Urgent Hire】English Teacher for International Kindergarten
We are committed to creating an immersive international education environment for children. Currently, we are sincerely seeking an English teacher who is passionate about early childhood education, with professional capabilities and creativity, to join us in safeguarding children’s growth and exploration.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead English teaching activities for 3-6 year-old children, design interesting courses integrating music and art, and create an immersive language environment.
2. Strictly follow the philosophy of the IB curriculum system, integrate inquiry-based learning into daily teaching, and stimulate children’s curiosity and initiative.
3. Maintain effective communication with parents, regularly feedback children’s learning progress, and build a bridge for home-kindergarten co-education.
4. Participate in the planning and implementation of the kindergarten’s international cultural activities to enrich the educational atmosphere of the campus.
Job Requirements
• Have more than 3 years of English teaching experience in international kindergartens, and be familiar with the rules and methods of English enlightenment for young children.
• Master the IB curriculum system, be able to independently complete curriculum design, implementation and evaluation; those with relevant certifications are preferred.
• Possess excellent music and art literacy, and be able to flexibly use musical instruments, painting, handcrafts and other forms to assist teaching.
• Have standard and fluent English pronunciation, strong cross-cultural communication awareness, good affinity, and a passion for early childhood education.
