Job Requirements：
- Be a native speaker of English or from a country where English is the first official language.
- Hold an internationally recognized language teaching qualification certificate (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA).
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher academic qualification.
- Have at least two years of working experience in language education.
- Be in good health, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
- Abide by Chinese laws and regulations, maintain good health status, and have no criminal record.
- Master English teaching methodologies, be familiar with various English teaching materials, and possess solid English proficiency as well as rich teaching experience. Have good capabilities in course organization and management, be able to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and design personalized teaching plans for different students. Proficiency in using various teaching equipment and software (such as PPT, online teaching platforms) and have certain application abilities in educational technology.
- Have good communication skills, be able to establish good relationships with students, parents and colleagues. Possess team spirit and be able to actively cooperate with the team to complete teaching tasks and projects.
- Eligible to apply for a Chinese work visa.
