QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in English Language, Second Language Acquisition, or equivalent
• PGCE or equivalent in related subject
• Minimum of five years’ teaching experience in Primary/Prep
• Experience across two key stages preferred
• Experience of leading colleagues to achieve a common goal
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Knowledge of the English National Curriculum
• Knowledge of the PYP or MYP an advantage
• Understanding of international or independent education preferred
• Strong pedagogical knowledge and understanding
• Extensive expertise in Primary & middle years an advantage
