Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging ESL and homeroom lessons aligned with early childhood development standards.
• Manage classes of ~26 students with support from a teaching assistant.
• Track student progress and collaborate with parents on educational goals.
• Organize age-appropriate activities (e.g., music, art, sensory play) to enhance cognitive and social skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood Education preferred).
• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience Prefered with 2-6-year-olds (reference letter required for Zhejiang positions).
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/PGCE certification.
• Native English speaker preferred;
• Proactive, caring attitude with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
