Salary: 10k-15k/month
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality English lessons to children aged 1-8 through offline classes, stimulating their interest in learning;
2. Design and implement interactive and engaging teaching activities;
3. Communicate regularly with parents to provide feedback on students’ learning progress and suggestions;
4. Participate in the innovation and improvement of teaching content to ensure the timeliness and fun of the courses;
5. Actively participate in company-organized training and teaching research activities to continuously improve teaching skills.
Job Requirements:
1. Background in English-related majors or fluent English speaking ability;
2. Passionate about children’s education, with excellent communication skills and a friendly personality;
3. TESOL, TEFL, or other internationally recognized English teaching qualification certificates are preferred;
4. Adaptable to flexible working hours;
5. Proficient in using multimedia teaching tools and able to create a rich online learning experience.
