Job Duties
1. Design and provide engaging ESL courses for students of different age groups and proficiency levels.
2. Develop and adjust teaching materials, resources, and assessments to meet the diverse needs of students.
3. Establish a supportive and inclusive learning environment to facilitate language acquisition.
4. Combining different teaching methods and techniques to enhance students’ participation and understanding.
5. Evaluate students’ language abilities through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
6. Plan and organize opportunities for communication and practice in real-life situations.
7. Cultivate students’ understanding of culture and promote global awareness.
8. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications for the position:
1. Bachelor’s degree;
2. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificates are preferred;
3. Teaching English to non-native speakers, preferably through classroom instruction;
4. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
5. Understand second language acquisition theory and teaching strategies;
6. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
7. Strong adaptability and the ability to effectively collaborate with people from different cultural backgrounds;
8. Patient, empathetic, and passionate about English teaching.
Working hours: 7:30-16:30
