Job Description

Starbugs is an English training center dedicated to teaching Chinese children English as well as providing them with a holistic North American style early childhood educational experience. With a literature reading-based curriculum, Starbugs is arguably the most innovative children’s English service provider in Shanghai with a reputation for its quality services and a strong customer base developed over nine years of the company’s history. Starting in 2013, Starbugs is coming into Beijing, opening its first school site in Wangjing area.

Job Responsibilities:

PT position at Wangjing of Beijing and in Shanghai

1. Teach English as a foreign language to Chinese children 3-15 years of age;
2. Maintain class order for an average class size of 8-12 students;
3. Work with TAs to contribute to teaching plans according to Starbugs-defined curriculum;
4. Lesson composition;
5. Support demo classes or marketing events;
6. Frequently talk with parents and students to improve teaching quality, collect feedback and answer their question in a polite and patience manner;
7. Communication of center management, curriculum department etc. ;
8. Other administrative work might involve.
