Job Description

ESL teachers needed ASAP and Feb/Mar 2022.

1. Prepare and deliver English lessons and student associations;
2. Prepare and retain appropriate teaching plans and exam materials;
3. Assesses students’ work and provides feedback;
4. Attend staff activities in order to update knowledge of educational policies and special procedures;
5. Maximum lessons: 18 per week (40/45 mins)
6. Office hour: According to schools’ arrangements;
7. Student age: 6-12/ 12-15/ 15-17; You will cover 3 grades
8. Class size: 40 above;
9. Must be willing to be involved with school life.

Compensation:

1. · Competitive package: 16,000 to 24,000 CNY per month
2. · Provide flight allowance at least 5,000 CNY without tax deduction
3. · Housing: provide housing allowance up to 3000 CNY depending on location or furnished accommodation provided
4. · Bonus: 1500 to 3000 CNY employment contract renewal bonus
5. · Service: Airport pickup, bank card, sim card, apartment renting assistance
6. · Provide Chinese lessons, training and working/living in China orientation
7. · Free TEFL in China course provided
8. · Organize various kinds of activities(such as cultural events, hiking activities, football matches)
9. · Social insurance covered
10. · Legalized work visa support

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Teaching experience is preferred;
3. Give lessons focusing on English speaking, reading, writing and listening using an appropriate level of English language;
4. Possess an English teaching qualification such as TESOL, TEFL, ESOL, CELTA or PGCE etc;
5. Non-criminal background check.
