Teacher of Science (Biology)
Location: Nord Anglia International School Shanghai Pudong
Nord Anglia International School Shanghai, Pudong is looking to recruit a TEACHER Of Biology, to drive excellent teaching and learning in the subject of Science.

We seek a qualified Teacher of Biology to join our thriving school where your focus will be:

The Successful Candidate will possess:

- Qualifications to Bachelor degree level or above.

- Qualified Teacher Status.

- A proven track record of success with at least two years’ Biology teaching experience.

- Experience of delivering a UK National Curriculum in the UK or overseas.
-
- Proven experience of teaching IBDP/A-Level Biology Studies.
-
- Excellent and appropriate relationships with young people and their parents.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-
- Ability to engage children and enable them to perform highly.

- Proven track record of ensuring good progress and outcomes for pupils.

About you
Keen to collaborate and share your specialist expertise, you will be a fitting ambassador for the school. You will communicate with confidence across diverse audiences and situations, using your expertise to build strong relationships with parents and students. You will be able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment as well as meet visa-related restrictions for China, including holding a bachelor’s degree, and have a minimum of two years teaching experience as a teacher post qualifying, as well as non-criminal records valid for the last 10 years.
