Are you ready to lead the next generation of debate champions and take our Speech and Debate ENREACH program to new heights? If so, read on!

• Captain the Curriculum Ship: Oversee and adapt our stellar Speech and Debate curriculum (think Public Forum Debate, British Parliamentary, Model UN…) to suit both students and teachers. Flexibility is key!
• Parent Whisperer: Regularly communicate with parents, keeping them in the loop about their future debate champs. If you can explain complex topics to concerned parents, you can handle any debate format!
• Student Champion: Guide students through the wild world of competitive speech and debate. Whether it’s coaching them through a heated Public Forum or sharpening their knowledge of British Parliamentary, you’ll be the debate master.
• Team Player, International Edition: Work in a culturally rich environment with colleagues from around the globe. Don’t speak Chinese? No problem! Our multilingual team’s got your back.
• Program Ambassador: Help spread the word about our awesome Speech and Debate program, making it the must-join club of the century!

Requirements:

• Leadership skills (we mean it – you’ll be leading an extra-curriculum program, not just a meeting!)
• Creativity and passion (think of it as being a debate artist, minus the paintbrush)
• A good sense of humor (because, let’s face it, who doesn’t love a little wit in a debate?).
