About Gemdale Group
Founded in Shenzhen China in 1988 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2001, Gemdale Group is one of the first listed real estate companies with nationwide business reach. As of the end of 2019, the total assets of Gemdale amounted to approximately RMB 334.8 billion.
Gemdale is currently involved in the fields of residential development, sales and renovation; the development, sale, and operation of commercial real estate; real estate financing; property services and community operations; and sports industry cluster operations, focused on tennis.
