I. Basic Qualifications
1. Academic Credentials

- Valid international teaching certification (e.g., TEFL/TESOL/CELTA).
2. Language Proficiency
- Native-level English fluency.
- Ability to explain architectural concepts using age-appropriate language (e.g., storytelling, model demonstrations).
3. Legal Compliance
- Valid work permit (e.g., Foreign Expert Work License) and residence permit.
- Clean criminal record and compliant health certification.
II. Professional Competencies
1. Teaching Experience
- ≥2 years of experience in children’s education or architectural design instruction.
- Familiarity with child-centered methodologies (e.g., PBL, gamified learning).
- Prior experience in architectural modeling, material exploration, or spatial design courses is preferred.
2. Curriculum Comprehention
- Ability to understand interactive architectural programs tailored to children’s cognitive stages (e.g., LEGO builds, cardboard modeling, urban exploration workshops).
- Knowledge of child psychology to foster creativity, spatial reasoning, and teamwork.
3. Cross-Cultural Adaptability

III. Responsibilities
1. Instructional Delivery
- Guide children in hands-on Finland Arkki architectural curriculums and activities (e.g., model-making, site visits) to explore design principles.
- Organize thematic workshops (e.g., “Design My Dream House,” “Animal Habitat Creation”).
2. Curriculum Comprehension and Colaboration
- Understand bilingual (English-Chinese) programs blending art, engineering, and cultural elements.
- Regularly update content with contemporary architectural case studies with Chinese teacher partner.
3. Collaboration & Assessment
- Coordinate with Chinese faculty to optimize bilingual lesson plans.
- Evaluate progress through observational records and portfolio reviews.
Compensation: Competitive salary( 30% of the highest salaries)aligned with first-tier Chinese cities, subject to negotiation.
