Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and deliver early childhood English courses according to the teaching plan;
2. Track students’ learning progress and provide personalized guidance;
3. Organize and participate in teaching activities to stimulate students’ interest in learning English;
4. Communicate with parents regarding students’ learning progress and receive feedback;
5. Adjust teaching methods and content as needed to accommodate students’ learning needs.
Qualifications:
1. Clear pronunciation and strong verbal communication skills;
2. TEFL/TESOL certification;
3. Experience teaching English to young children;
4. Approachable personality with the ability to build positive relationships with students and parents.
