Position Details

• Role: EAL Teacher for the primary section.
• Core Duties:
  • Deliver tailored EAL instruction to small groups or provide in-class support.
  • Teach core primary subjects like English, Mathematics, and Science based on the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Assess and track student English proficiency.
  • Collaborate with homeroom teachers to differentiate instruction.

Candidate Requirements

• Essential:
  • A qualification in English as an Additional Language (EAL/ESL/ELL).
  • Experience teaching English, Math, or Science in a primary school setting.
• Preferred (Strong Assets):
  • Familiarity with EAL proficiency frameworks, such as WIDA.
  • Experience in curriculum development or working in a new school (start-up).

This position is for a committed teacher who is not only skilled in EAL but also capable of teaching core subjects. Teachers will play a key role in developing and implementing the school’s language program.
