Job Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for the teaching work of this class
2. Based on Montessori teaching philosophy and curriculum planning, specify various teaching plans for the class
3. Actively maintain contact with parents and communicate with them in a timely manner about the situation of children in the kindergarten; Timely understand parents’ suggestions and requirements, and communicate and provide feedback effectively
4. Make observation records and semester reports based on the specific situation of the children in this class
5. Ensure the safety of young children and promptly handle emergencies

Job requirements

1. Loving, attentive, patient, and fond of children
2. More than one year of Montessori leadership experience
3. Priority given to those with AMI and AMS certificates
