Shanghai Arete Bilingual School (formerly known as ECNU Affiliated Bilingual School or ECNUAS) is a private K-12 boarding school co-founded by Huashi (Shanghai) Education Investment Co., Ltd, Loyal Valley Innovation Capital, and the Shanghai International Automobile City Group. The CiFi Education became the main stakeholder of the school since July 2021.
