1 根据剑桥A-level 和IGCSE的教学大纲，认真准备教学计划及课程计划，按时向教学主管提交教学及

课程计划及有利于课程学习的相关材料；

2 做好教学用具及教学材料的准备工作，认真授课，完成教学任务及目标；

3 经常与学生家长交流学生学习情况；

4 设计并指导学生作业，对学生要做到耐心、细致、态度和蔼；

5 根据需要参加教学主管或校长召集的各类会议；

6 认真完成教学主管或校长安排的其他任务。

Requirements and Qualifications:

1 本科以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验；

2 能用中文和英文双语授课；

3 热爱教育事业；

4 熟练应用多媒体及计算机办公软件；

5 工作严谨、细心、耐心，待人和气，善于合作与沟通；

6 认同耀华的使命与价值观，并在其中积极努力地工作。

Major Responsibilities:

1 Teach subjects assigned by the Principal

2 Prepare course outlines and lesson plans

3 Correct student homework

4 Assess student’s progress

5 Develop course materials

6 Administer placement test to prospective students

7 Assist at promotional events and activities

8 Attend meetings

9 Other duties as requested by the Head Teacher or Principal

Requirements and Qualifications:

1 Fluent English speaking teacher

2 Years of class teaching experience, with teaching English to Chinese students in class situation is an advantage.

3 TESOL/TEFL certificate plus Bachelor’s degree

4 With standard and clear accent

5 Personality – responsible, outgoing, happy, enthusiastic, positive, confident
