Position Summary: At the direction of the Director of Operations and Assistant Head of School – Finance & Operations and in collaboration with Operations Department staff and staff of other departments, this position helps manage daily tasks in the facility maintenance department and projects as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Help create and directly supervise preventive maintenance program
协助制定并监管预防性维修计划- Record preventive maintenance work activities, e.g. the routine work to maintain equipment within the team)
记录预防性维修工作的内容,比如团队内设备维护所做的日常工作) - Provide update on the preventive maintenance program to the Operations Director and Assistant Head of School- Finance & Operations monthly
每月向运营总监及财务和运营副校长更新预防性维修计划 - Collect and update scope of work for each outsourced maintenance vendor
收集并更新每个外包维修供应商的工作范围 - Maintain/Provide a schedule of when preventive maintenance vendors will be on campus (i.e. Fire prevention vendor, Mammoth, Evapco, Mitsubishi, etc.)
提供并更新预防性维修供应商的来校服务时间表(如:防火供应商、美意、益美高、三菱等) - Keep and organize all service records from outsourced maintenance vendors
