Job Description:

1. Supporting the vision, ethos and policies of the school and promoting high levels of achievement.
2. Supporting the creation and implementation of the school development plan.
3. Organizing and managing teaching and learning（Planning, Teaching, Class Management .）
4. Supporting the group of teaching advisors in the monitoring of the quality of teaching and student’s achievements, including the analysis of data. （Monitoring, Assessment, Recording, Reporting）
5. Promoting good behaviour, in accordance with school policies.
6. Other relative duties.

Requirements

• TESOL certificate;
• Experience of A-level or IGCSE teaching;
• Experience of curriculum planning, assessing and recording;
• Experience of effective involvement with parents.
