Recruitment of Foreign Teachers at DCFLPS
Full-time Position: English Language Teacher
Qualifications:
- 1. Native English speakers from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa or New Zealand are preferred.
- 2. Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 3. At least 1 year of teaching experience, with teaching certifications such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA.
- 4. Be eligible to obtain a Chinese work visa (Z visa) in accordance with local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Teaching English courses to primary school students (Grades 1-6).
- 2. Working hours: Monday to Friday, within school hours, with a maximum of 20 teaching periods per week (40 minutes per period).,
- 3. Participating in school-organized student activities, such as English singing competitions, Reading Festival, and drama performances.
- 4. Developing age-appropriate teaching plans and contributing to the development of school-based curricul
- 5. Attending faculty meetings, teaching training sessions, and teaching research activities.
- 6. Evaluating student progress and providing personalized guidance for improvement.
Teaching Environment:
- Each foreign teacher is provided with an exclusive teaching space.
- Class size: maximum 50 students per class, equipped with complete teaching facilities (multimedia, English picture book library, etc.).
- The campus has various functional rooms such as science classrooms, dance studios, pottery studios, and a heated swimming pool, supporting the development of characteristic teaching.
