Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver English language courses, ensuring high teaching quality and student satisfaction.
- Design and adapt lesson plans to meet the learning needs of students at various levels.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide personalized feedback and support.
- Participate in teaching seminars and training sessions to continuously improve teaching skills and professional knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a TEFL, TESOL, or other recognized English teaching certification.
- Possess excellent English communication and teaching skills, with the ability to conduct classes entirely in English.
- Passionate about the education industry, highly responsible, and able to inspire students’ interest in learning.
- Proficient in using educational software and multimedia tools; adaptable to online, offline, or hybrid teaching models.
