Job Description:	The purpose of these roles and responsibilities is to outline briefly the tasks required of a secondary teacher in the secondary school. As a school we are trying to achieve high standards by responding professionally, sensitively and caringly to the needs of all YWIES pupils. All teachers must demonstrate a standard of knowledge, understanding and skills of the curriculum taught in the school. All teachers must demonstrate an understanding of the wider curriculum and administration needs of the Foundation.Job description: 1.To teach IGCSE & Alevel Geography & History for the Secondary Students. 2.To use creativity, humour and imagination to develop schemes of work and to plan lessons in order to foster a healthy culture of learning within the classroom and to generate the most effective interactions with pupils. 3.To encourage, monitor and record the progress of individual pupils, and devise and tailor resources accordingly, including technology. 4.To keep up to date with developments in their subject area, new resources, methods and school wide initiatives. Teachers liaise and network with other professionals, parents and carers both informally and formally. 5.To develop the extra curriculum activities 6.To be a class teacher,cooerating with a local class teacher to do the characteristic education and theme class education. Job Requirements:	1.Bachelor degree or abrove,major in related subjects eg.Education,Humanities,Geography,History 2.Qualified Teacher of PGCE/PGDE/QTS/Other teaching certificate granted by nations 3.At least 2 years Primary teaching experience,familiar with the IGCSE & Alevel curriculum 4.Recognize the educational concept of YCYW 5.Available from August,2023
