Job Requirements for International Teachers:

• 1. Basic Requirements: Fluent in English, hold a bachelor’s degree or above in a subject related to classroom teaching, have 5+ years of teaching experience, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2. Preferential Conditions: Native English speakers are preferred. If not, a minimum IELTS score of 5 is required. Hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). Have teaching experience in international school classrooms.
• 3. Work Qualities: Be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as being part of a team.
• 4. Comprehensive Abilities: Be able to balance pastoral responsibilities for student behavior and welfare with attention to their academic performance.
