Foreign Teacher Position
Looking for Native/Nonnative English Speakers to teach with an Education Language Center in the comfortable tropical south, the city of Zhanjiang. Offering 2 years working permit, free accommodation, extensive training and salary 12-16K CNY.
School Type: Language Training Center (Age 3-12)
Position: Full Time ESL/EFL Teacher
Salary: 12,000CNY to 16,000CNY

Visa: Sponsored legal Z visa (which allows you to teach in China legally)
Training & Support: Curriculum and class training monthly, assistance of local academic counselor both in and out of class.
Vacation: FT paid holiday per year ( 23 days in total)
Chinese official holidays :11 days
Personal days: 7 days in winter + 5 days in summer
Weekly Days off: Two days off each week (Monday & Tuesday)
Workload: Up to 21 Teaching hours/week. (total 35 working hours/week)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- TESOL/TEFL certification, or a major in Education / Teaching / Language Arts / ESL, or a teacher’s license and certification.
- Contract length: 2 years.
- Teaching experience in China is preferred.
About us:
The British Education Learning Center is based in Zhanjiang, in the south of China. Our team is energetic and fun to work with and we are committed to creating a positive experience for all teachers and local staff.
Our focus is to provide high quality English teaching rather than bringing in a large volume of students at the detriment of proper teaching. We have relatively small classes of up to 12 students.
We foster close relationships with our students and their parents by providing extra-curricular activities for everybody to participate in. Our center organizes western outdoor activities and camps, with the addition of sport and handicraft events, so teachers can have the opportunity to employ their talents if they wish to.
About the city:
Zhanjiang is a beautiful seaside city, locating in the south China. The weather is pleasant, especially during the dry season. The average temperature is 23.4. The local beaches and islands are all open to the general public. Transportation is also very convenient. Zhanjiang is an easy transportation hub to most typical destinations, with an international airport, a fast train station, several other train stations, and ports.
