Job Duties

• Cooperate with school to arrange clubs or activities;
• Plans and prepares lessons, assignments, instructional materials for drama and English; and shows written evidence of preparation upon request
• Establishes learning objectives consistent with appraisal of student needs, curriculum framework, and enhance improvement of performance skills for all students
• Knowledge of school organization, goals and objectives, curriculum, teaching techniques, current trends, research, and materials of instruction in field of specialization;
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests for success in higher darma courses
• Participate in curriculum writing and actively participates in staff/faculty meetings and provides input regarding the planning of instruction goals, objectives and methods;

Requirements

• Education background related to theater and performance, education, or literature, with bachelor’s degree or above.
• Be able to teach English, and drama, or literature.
• Be familiar with school management rules, and be able to work under the leadership of head of teaching.
• Teaching experience in related subjects is required.
• Native English speaker
