Job Description:
Our school is a bilingual private school situated in Lijiang, Yunnan with views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
Our school is seeking a qualified and experienced English teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students from G1-9 with maximum of 16 kids.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Design assessments that accurately measure student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to create a supportive and positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as required.
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to improve teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in education.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, English, or Science.
- Teaching certification or license.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administrators.
- Experience working in an international or cross-cultural setting preferred.
